Anyway. Iowa in red, Washington in white strapless, similar to South Carolina's choice. All wore two-piece bikinis. 9:30 pm — 23 former Miss Americas were just recognized. Now time for the 16th semi-finalist from the judges initial voting: Miss Washington Mandy Shendrel. No Miss New Jersey. But that doesn't mean we don't love her.
